IMPORTANT NOTICE: ENTRIES ARE CURRENTLY SUSPENDED
Thank you to everyone who has already sent in their entry forms, we are so very overwhelmed with both are returning schools year on year and new additions to this our All England qualifier. Whilst we collate and numerically process in order the vast amount of entries, please please can we respectfully ask you do not communicate asking for our bank details for your entry etc etc as this delays us getting on with the huge task ahead. We will contact any successful entries who wished to pay by bank transfer in due course and for those who sent in cheques your remittance will confirm your inclusion should you be sucessful. Please can we ask you NOT send any monies to our bank until you have been contacted as a unique number will be required to capture payment and you sadly may not have been successful in entering our festival for 2025. Thank you all for your patience and support we really appreciate it and we will be in touch as soon as possible if we re-open entries.
• Please note it is the individuals responsibility to ensure that entry forms are complete and submitted correctly.
• Dancers full first name should be used NOT initials.
• No changes will be made to any entry submitted.
• Any child entering the wrong class due to incorrect age, will either dance in the section entered or be eliminated, dependant on the situation.
• Any form received without group names will not be entered. Requests to change names at a later date will not be accepted.
• Groups must enter the correct section size and will not be permitted to change one entered.
